Character Development Program at Royal Peak Academy

Character Development is to encourage values such as honesty, service, respect, and personal responsibility. Royal Peak Academy has an effective Character Development Program known as Positive Peer Culture, which in addition to academic progress and achievement, teaches the students to take decisions on their own. It also provides excellent opportunities for students to explore and strengthen their values and beliefs. We encourage school students to enroll themselves in character-development programs and activities that take place at our academy.

The Positive Peer Culture (PPC) and other character development seminars focus on the techniques that help teenagers in developing self-esteem, ethical behavior, dignity, and responsibility and make them committed to the moral values of helping and respecting and caring others. We make small groups of students and these PPC groups learn to identify the problems, their reasons, and how and in which direction to work to get their solutions. Students are fully involved in group sessions and day-to-day activities to serve the community and know their responsibility towards the society. As a student is given the opportunity to serve and help others, a sense of self-confidence and self-worthiness is established within him, which helps him to lead a peaceful life.

The most important six pillars of character development are respect, responsibility, care, trustworthiness, fairness and citizenship. These all are taught to our students in different ways. Students spend much of their young lives in classrooms learning the values upon which character is formed. They get various opportunities to implement these values practically in their lives. They discuss positive social behaviors and become socially active.

With the help of character education student benefits a lot in life. At school, he will get good grades and automatically his attendance and retention is improved doing best in academic records. Seminars and workshops are organized in schools to develop their character to make them good citizen of the nation. They learn how to respond effectively to challenges that come their way in achieving their goal. Effective character-development characteristics are consistent, concrete and creative. Good character development changes the hearts and minds of the students.
